In the [b]main menu -> Settings-> General Settings -> Network ->Turn ON Cellular Data ( Or Mobile Data Network) -> Select Cellular Network ( Or Mobile Data Network) -> new APN [/b]and type the following data there

Username: Blank ( or - Nar )
Password: Blank ( or - Nar )
